荷物に添付されていた明細には３ケースで、ゴルフクラブ７点の記載もあります。
つまり料金を支払っている、３ケースの明細があるにもかかわらず、１ケース届いていなくてその中身がゴルフクラブ７点です。
DHLは残りの１ケースは預かっておらず、この件に関してはすべてMyUSの責任であるといっています。
いまゴルフクラブはどこにあるのか？
いつ届くのか？
前回し払った料金と税金はゴルフクラブ込みの金額なのか？
以上を確認して今日中、可能な限り早く返事をください。
