先月注文した、PT7に不具合がありご連絡させていただきました。
シャフトを転がしてみたところ、全体的に曲がっておりました。恐らく製造時の不良だと思われますので、返金をお願い致します。

I have contacted you about a defect with the PT7 that I ordered last month.
When I tried to roll the shaft the whole thing was bent. I believe this is a defect from when it was manufactured so I would like a refund.
