ゼブラキュービックミニは、非接触で物体の形状確認（断面、３D）を行える装置です。

位相シフト法を用いているため、μmレベルの高精度な測定が可能で、かつ高速に３次元形状を認識することが可能であり、精度の高い３次元全数検査などにご使用いただけます。

※2　測定時間とは、検査開始から3次元データ作成までの時間です。

Zebra cubic Mini is a device that can confirm (sectional, 3D) shape of the object without contact.

Due to the use the phase shift method, high-precision measurement of μm level is possible,and it is possible to recognize 3D shape at high speed. It is available, such as 3D total inspection with high accuracy.
