I have plans for enrolling in the session 2 and 3 of the Spring Season and I would like to stay in college dorms.
In the website there are only applications for January 3rd to May 3rd, but I want to apply for university dorms from March 1st to October 30th.
If I make the "2014-Spring" application, can I move in March 1st? (Is it ok if I don't move between January 3rd and February 28th?)
If it is possible, what procedure should I follow?
