I talked to ebay re their suggestions. I was advised to contact UPS, due to your report that the unit was internally damaged, possibly in shipment. The unit was packed by UPS and was insured. I was told that UPS would come to your place and inspectthe unit, so hope that you haved some of the packaging or took some photos. Also, did you indicate that th pre-amp was out of the cabinet or out of the packing done by UPS. Sorry for all of this problem. I am certain that the unit was in very good condition when taken to UPS for packing and shipping. Hopefully the situation can be resolved with too bother andwithin too much time.

eBayと相談しました。その結果ＵＰＳ(United Parcel Service)に相談するようにとのことでした。あなたがおっしゃるには商品の内部が壊れていた、多分輸送中のことだろうということでしたね。商品の梱包はＵＳＰが保証しております。ＵＳＰはお宅に出向いて品物の状態を調べるとのことです。そこで梱包ケースを保管していただくか、写真をとっておいて頂きたいと思います。またプリアンプがキャビネットから出ていた、もしくはＵＰＳの梱包からはみ出していた、ということでしたね。
こういう問題が起こりまして申し訳ありません。商品を梱包・発送のためにＵＰＳに持って行った時点ではなんの問題もなかったということは当方は断言できます。
この問題があまり手間も時間もかからずに解決されることを願っております。
