あなたは勘違いをしている。クレームを出す為にpaypalから連絡をしたのではない。必ず追跡番号のある発送方法で発送してもらう為（違う方法で送った後だと変更できないから）、連絡しようとしたが、初めはebayから連絡ができなかったのでpaypalから仕方なく連絡をした（形はクレームだがクレームではない）。あなたの評価が高い事は分かっている。paypalのシステムを分かっているか？一度取り消せばもうクレームを出せなくなる。到着した商品が壊れていた場合クレームを出す手段がなくなる。

You misunderstood what I meant. I didn't make contact through paypal not to make complaint. I wanted to make sure that you send me the item with tracking( If you send me the package in other ways you cannot change it later), but I couldn't contact you on ebay so I send a message through paypal(the content isn't complaint). I understand that you have been good rated. Do you understand the system of paypal? Once I turn down the complaint I made, it's never be able to send complaint again, so if there's anything wrong with the item, I have no way to make complaints about it.
