本日到着した商品を返品しようとしたところ、数量が少ないことに気が付きました。
注文数量は3個に対し、到着数量は2個です。
このまま返品できますでしょうか？

When I was trying to return the items that arrived today, I realized that there were fewer items than I expected.
I ordered 3 pieces but I only received 2.
Can I return them as they are?
Please advice how I can proceed to return them.
