私の稚拙な英語力でご迷惑をおかけします。
お客様が言いたいことは、
送料を支払いたくないということで良いですか？
今回のようなケースは初めてですので、
私たちも困っているのです。
日本から送る方法は知っていますが、
アメリカ国内の輸送事情がよくわかりませんので、
前払いの輸送方法や送り先払いの方法を、
手配することが出来ないのです。
ですから、送っていただいた後の、
金額をお支払いをしたいとお願いをしています。
