３日の会議の概要を添付します。会議の開始時間は決まっておらず、メンバーが集まり次第（多分午後１時頃から）始めるとのことです。もし可能であれば、会議の前にあなたと簡単な打合せをしたいのですが、ご都合いかがでしょうか？私はNY空港に１０時３０分着、NYには１２時過ぎに着くと思います。
