我々のアカウントですが商品を販売できない状態になっております
何が問題でしょうか？どのようにすれば再び販売可能になりますか？
対応策を教えて下さい

我々が販売したこの商品ですが、商品がまだ返品されて来ておりません
商品が返品されていないのですが商品代金は全額返金処理されており、我々の損失は2倍となっております
我々はこの問題について今後どのような対応策がありますでしょうか？

The have not received the return of this item we have sold to a buyer.
Although we have not received the return, we have refunded the amount. This makes us loosing twice the refunded amount.
Is there any ways that we can resolve this issue?
