　日本人なら真摯にこの歴史的事実を認識しておくべきである。当時の白人先進国から日本はサイレント・パートナーと呼ばれたという。今でもそうかも知れないが、この意味は沈黙している同士という。要は当時、有色人種は国際連盟の運営に口出しするなという事だ。つまり一種の差別用語である。明らかに日本人は差別されていた。歴史を真摯に見つめると、日本人は決してサイレント・パートナーを作らない国である。語学を学ぶなら、まず人種の偏見をもっとも忌み嫌う民族である事を誇りに持ち、再確認する事である。

You should seriously be aware of this historical fact if you are Japanese. Japan was called silent partner by Caucasian ruled advanced nations at the time. It means the fellow who is holding its tongue that it may still be the same even now. The point is that non-white races should not interfere to operation of League of Nations then. Obviously Japanese were discriminated. Viewing the history sincerely, Japan is the nation which never make silent partner. If you learn foreign languages, first of all, you should be proud that our nation hate racial prejudice the most and re-appreciate.
