There was $200 insurance on each box so you should be covered for breakage through Fed Ex. I paid extra for it to insure safe arrival. I repeat, I did wrap these well but you are always taking a chance when you ship china. I hate the idea that these were broken due to my wrapping. Go to the Fed Ex office and show them the damage. That is why I asked if they were in Japan. The insurance only covered them to the California address. Are they now in Japan or are they in San Leandro?
