今日、私の倉庫会社からＤＨＬで荷物が手元に届きました。写真に掲載されているはずの指掛けが付属していません。どうしてですか？写真の状態と異なるものを私に送ったとの理解でいいですか？

I have received a parcel from my warehouse company by DHL today. A pinky ring is supposed to be attached in the picture posted but it was not found. Could you tell me why? My understanding is that you mailed a product different from the picture. Is my understanding correct?
