今日、私の倉庫会社からＤＨＬで荷物が手元に届きました。写真に掲載されているはずの指掛けが付属していません。どうしてですか？写真の状態と異なるものを私に送ったとの理解でいいですか？

Today, I recived the goods by DHL from my warehouse company. The finger hook which is supposed to be in the picture is not attached. Why is this? Should I understand that you sent my different goods from the picture?
