We want you to receive your merchandise as quickly as possible. To help ensure the most accurate export paperwork and avoid customs delays, we have made a change to our package receiving and shipping processes:

If your package arrives without a merchant invoice, or if the merchant invoice does not show the price you paid, we need you to enter the price you paid for your merchandise.

If a package requires you to enter the price you paid, you will see an "Enter Values" link in your Inbox. You will not be able to ship this package until you enter the price you paid.

商品をできるだけ早く受け取っていただきたいと思います。正確な輸出書類を作成して税関での遅れを防ぐため、お客様の荷物受取と発送の手続きに変更を行いました：

マーチャントインボイスなしで荷物が届いたり、マーチャントインボイスにお客様が支払った価格が書かれていない場合は、お客様がご自分で商品に対して支払った価格を記入していただく必要があります。

荷物にお客様が支払った価格を記入するように指示がある場合、”Enter Values（価格を記入する）"というリンクがインボックスが現れます。ここにお客様が支払った金額を入れない限り荷物を発送することはできません。
