We want you to receive your merchandise as quickly as possible. To help ensure the most accurate export paperwork and avoid customs delays, we have made a change to our package receiving and shipping processes:

If your package arrives without a merchant invoice, or if the merchant invoice does not show the price you paid, we need you to enter the price you paid for your merchandise.

If a package requires you to enter the price you paid, you will see an "Enter Values" link in your Inbox. You will not be able to ship this package until you enter the price you paid.

お客様になるべく早く商品をお届けしたいと思っております。正確な輸出関連の書類を作成し、関税での遅延を避ける為にも、お荷物の受け取り方と配送方法を変更致しました。

インボイス無しで商品が届いた場合、または、インボイスがお支払頂いた金額を明記していない場合、お客様にお支払頂いた金額を記入して頂く必要があります。

その際には、インボックス内の「金額を記入する」より、処理をお願い致します。この処理を行って頂くまでは、お荷物を配送することができません。
