注文番号〇〇で「Plantronics BackBeat 903+ Headset - Retail Packaging」で10個注文しましたが、
そのうちの4個が「903+」ではなく「903/R」でした。
注文番号☓☓でも7個のうちの4個が「903+」ではなく「903/R」でした。
しかもどちらも「Retail Packaging」ではなく、白い紙の箱です。
私は一旦、転送会社を経由して日本で商品を受け取っています。
どのように対応していただけますか？

I ordered 10 "Plantronics BackBeat 903+ Headset - Retail Packaging" by order number of ○○.
But 4 among them are not "903＋" but "903/R".

Among order number xx, 4 among 7 are not "903＋" but "903/R".

Neither is "Retail Packaging", and it is a white box made of paper.
I received the product via forwarding company in Japan.
How are you going to handle it?
