上記のディレクトリ内に問題の発生したアプリケーション名がありますので、それをフォルダごと削除してください。
削除後改めてSynclogueを起動して頂ければと思います。
（\は階層を表し、ﾏｲｺﾝﾋﾟｭｰﾀｰのCﾄﾞﾗｲﾌﾞの中のUsersのﾌｫﾙﾀﾞの（ﾕｰｻﾞｰ名）というﾌｫﾙﾀﾞの…という意味を示します）

You will see the application name which caused the error in above directory, please delete the entire folder.
Please open Synclogue again after deleting the folder.
("\" indicates the paths, it implies that the file is in MyComputer, in C drive, in Users folder, in (user name) folder and so on ...)
