上記のディレクトリ内に問題の発生したアプリケーション名がありますので、それをフォルダごと削除してください。
削除後改めてSynclogueを起動して頂ければと思います。
（\は階層を表し、ﾏｲｺﾝﾋﾟｭｰﾀｰのCﾄﾞﾗｲﾌﾞの中のUsersのﾌｫﾙﾀﾞの（ﾕｰｻﾞｰ名）というﾌｫﾙﾀﾞの…という意味を示します）

You can find the name of the application that caused a problem in the above directory. Delete the folder including it.
After you delete it, start Synclogue again.
(\ represents a hierarchy. It means find My Computer, then find the C drive in it, then find the Users folder in it, then find the folder named (username) in it...)
