"Trademarks and Logos" means the trademarks and logos provided by the Company to the Contractor and the Exporter as set out in Schedule II of this Agreement or as amended to the Schedule as requested by the Company from time to time, where such changes shall be notified to the Contractor with prior two months' written notice;
The Company shall appoint the Contractor, and the Contractor shall accept the appointment of, the exclusive right to manufacture, produce, package and supply the Product for the Company by redesigning X in accordance with the Company's request with the Product Specifications and Trademarks and Logos.
