日本郵便のSAL便で発送しているため、お客様がご自宅に不在の場合、お客様の自宅に到着したかどうかは現時点ではわかりません。お客様が長期不在の場合、通常お住いの郵便局に10日間保管され返却されてきますので、24日後以降に私どものところに戻ってきます。その場合は、ご返金又は再送させていただきます。なお、お客様から最寄りの米国の郵便局に保管してる郵便物がないかを問い合わせることは可能であり、郵便ボックスに投函してもらうことは可能ではないかと思いますので、ご検討いただければ幸いです。

Because we have shipped the item by the SAL of Japan post, we do not know whether the postman in your country has attempted to deliver or not if you have not stayed at your home at this moment.
If you have been out of home for a long time, the local post office would normally keep the item for 10 days, after then, they would return it to the sender. So, if it is so, I can expect to receive the return on or after 24th day of this month.
If that is a case, I will refund or re-send the item if you want. However, you can inquire to the local post office whether they have been keeping your item or not, and then, if they have, you can request them to attempt the delivery again. So, would you please try it?
