壊れたカバーにセロハンテープを貼って補修した状態で、
私の元へ商品を発送した担当者がいますね。
その方が誰なのか？その方に聞けば、いいのではないでしょうか？

そして、御社は、この腕時計を取り扱っている販売店ですよね。
なぜ、時計の箱、パッケージがどのようなものか、私に聞かないと解らないのですか？
