今回のお客様の指摘をうけ、当社は仕入れ元に対して製品の正贋を再確認しました。
回答は正規品で間違いがないということです。
ただし、こちらのメーカーの商品は残念ながら製品の質が高くないとの回答を得ました。
当社ではこのメーカーの製品を今後一切し入れないことを決定しました。お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、これまで同様にお客様の満足を最優先にビジネスに取り組んでまいります。

We have received notices from our clients and confirmed with the seller if the product is genuine.
Their answer was that the product is genuine without any doubt.
However I have also learnt that this manufacturer doesn't make high quality products.
We have decided not to sell any products from this manufacturer in the future.
We are sincerely sorry for the trouble this has caused you, and promise to work on our business with our clients' satisfaction as our priority.
