今回のお客様の指摘をうけ、当社は仕入れ元に対して製品の正贋を再確認しました。
回答は正規品で間違いがないということです。
ただし、こちらのメーカーの商品は残念ながら製品の質が高くないとの回答を得ました。
当社ではこのメーカーの製品を今後一切し入れないことを決定しました。お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、これまで同様にお客様の満足を最優先にビジネスに取り組んでまいります。

As soon as we received your suggestion, we inquired with our supplier about the authenticity of the product. Their answer was: Yes. It is authentic for sure.
Unfortunately however, they said that the manufacturer of the product is not producing staff of very good quality. So, we have decided not to purchase products made by this manufacturer any more.
We deeply apologize for the inconveniences this has caused you.
