内紐が付いていませんでした。
そのためこの商品は私たちのお客様から返品となりました。
今後内紐が付いていない商品は御社へ返品することになるので必ず付けてください。

②配送状況について
10月7日に注文をした下記商品がまだ届いていません。


10月16日以降に注文した商品もまだ届いていません。

The King size Officinalis Dian quilt cover that was ordered last 10/8 does not have an inner string.
Because of this, the product was returned to us by the client.
Products without an inner string will be returned to your company moving forward so please ensure to include it.

2. Regarding the delivery status
The following products that were ordered last 10/7 has not arrived.

The following products that were ordered last 10/16 has not arrived.
