先々月より購入した商品について価格競争および機能違い商品を安値で販売をされていまい
御社で再購入することが出来ずに申し訳ございませんでした。
質問なのですが以前仕入れたBD-111・222・333の本体メニューは
日本語で使用可能なのでしょうか？
操作方法を教えてください。

We were very sorry that you were not able to make another purchase since we could not sell the product that you have purchased last last month at a cheaper price because of the price competition and the difference functionality of the product.
However we would like to ask if it would be possible to switch the menu of the previously pruchased BD-111.222.333 into Japanese?
Please let me know the operating procedure.
