備考: 海外オークションにて、購入後に欠品と分かり返金対応後に買い手の方から受け取ったメッセージ(2通目)です。よろしくお願いいたします。

Note the following from PayPal -

"You should only accept the cancellation request if you haven't paid yet or you've already received your refund from the seller. If you haven't received your refund, contact the seller"

So as I had already paid you I will be waiting for refund then I will proceed with the "respond now" icon once received back into my account.

パイパルからの次の通知がありました。

「お客様が支払いを済ませていないか、あるいは既に販売者から返金を受け取っていない限り注文の取り消しを受入れてはいけません。お客様がまだ返金を受け取っていない場合は販売者に連絡をしてください」

私は既に支払いを済ませていますので、返金を待っています。返金を受け取り次第”respond now(今回答)”の処理をします。
