The number on the sax may have been copied incorrectly. However, it's an early Chu Berry model and very sought after, and difficult to find. If the cork is the only problem, just have a new one installed and I'll give y you the money for it. That's much easier than sending a nice vintage conn" Wonder" horn 5,000 miles because it needs a new cork.
By the way, both serial numbers were produced in 1927. It was just an error in copying the numbers, you got the right horn. in the case of the Martin, my shipping department made an error, and I take full responsibility
