少し時間をあけてしまいました。
素晴らしいマウスピースを提供してくれて本当に有難う。大変私の友人からも歓ばれています。日本は5月の初旬にゴールデンウィークと呼ばれる連休がありますが、それまでに再度追加でオーダーをしたいと思っています。チューバ用については今検討してますので、来週オーダーさせてください。一点相談なのですが。マウスピースに付属している外箱はありませんか？皆欲しがります。もしあれば、チューバ用をオーダーした際に一緒に送ってもらいたいのですが。いかがですか？

I’m sorry it took me a little bit while to get you back.
I greatly appreciate you to provide me a wonderful mouth pieces. My friends were very happy with it. We are having “Golden Week”, the consecutive holidays in the beginning of May in Japan. And, I would like to re-order them before the Golden Week. I am reviewing the mouth piece for tuba, so I will be ordering them sometime in next week. I would like to ask you a favor. Do you have box that comes with mouth piece? Everyone is asking for it. If you do, I will greatly appreciate you sending me the box(es) when I order the ones for tuba next time. How would you feel about that?
