USPSのサイトでは2013年9月24日に配達が完了しているようですが、返金はいつ頃でしょうか？

After purchasing the item below, I have found out that I will not be able to inport it due to legal reasons, and hence have requested for a refund.

According to the website for USPS, the delivery has been completed on September 24, 2013,
and I was wondering when the refund will be made.
