Custom duty may be imposed when you courier a product to an overseas country.

最初のご注文では運良く関税にかからなかったのですが、２回目は必要になったようです。
It seems the first time you couriered the product was not imposed for the duty luckily, however, it has been required for the 2nd time.

Canada and European countries especially impose a custom duty strictly.
