備考: オンラインショップで注文した商品の外箱がなかった旨をメールした際の返答文です。

One of the shipping boxes contained 2 Pelican cases, boxed, AND the boxes you requested. Due to space, they were broken down flat, so not built boxes, but they were the original Pelican boxes for those products, so should not have looked anything like packing materials. Please check the oversize box for the 2 cases and you will find all of the broken down boxes you requested inside. I have verified these were included by speaking to the shipping department, as well as reviewing the video footage of the packaging of your order. The boxes were very clearly placed in that larger box with the 2 cases on the current order.

輸送箱の一つに箱詰めされた2つのPelican caseと依頼された箱が項峰されています。輸送箱の容量が小さいためPelican caseは箱に組まれてなく平たくたたまれていますが、このこれらの商品のためのPelican caseで梱包材料のようには見えません。これら2つのPelican caseの梱包された特大の箱を調べてください。その中にはお客様が注文した商品を分解した全ての箱が梱包されています。これらの全ての箱が梱包されていることは配送部門に確認済みで、またお客様の注文を梱包する現場を写したビデオで確認しました。複数の箱は特大の箱の中に2つのPelican caseと一緒に整然と詰められています。
