昨年10月にアメリカで発表された論文で、タバコの煙に含まれる発がん物質が､遺伝子細胞に影響を与え、突然変異を促すことが科学的に､明確に証明された。自分の子供に､毎日、少しずつ毒を与え、不治の病にして、じわじわと殺した親がいたとしたら､世間は｢鬼｣｢悪魔｣と呼ぶだろう。わが子の前でタバコを吸うこととはそう言うことなのだ。私は家族を肺がんにしたくないので､我が家でタバコを吸って欲しくない。でも、なかなかお客さんに断れない。

If there were parents who would intoxicate their own chiledren day by day, little by little, causing them fatal diseases and killing them slowly, the public should call them "Demons" or "Devils". But this is what smoking a cigarette in front of their children means. I do not want my family suffer from lung cancer, so I do not want them to smoke at home. But it's not easy to decline the clients' request.
