野外での活動を取り入れた企業研修は近年増えてきています
なぜでしょうか？自然の中では、普段より素の自分がでやすくなります。人間の力では変えようのない自然を相手に、自らがどう対応するかを問われることも多くなります
このような環境に身を置くことで、自己開示がしやすくなり、~認め合い、それがチーム力につながる。さらには創造力を高めてゆきます。また、人事担当の方には、活動の様子から参加者が初めての事柄に対応する時に、それぞれがどのように関わりをする人材なのかを観ていただくことができます。

The number of company training including outdoor activities is increasing recently.
Why is it? In nature, it is more likely that we can express ourselves as we are than usual. There are many opportunities that we are asked how we deal with nature, which we can not change with human power.
Positioning ourselves in such surroundings promotes our self-disclosure and mutual understanding, and creates power as a team. Furthermore, it enhances our creativity. Then, it enables personal departments to watch how each person affects others when participants deal with first experience for them through a condition of activities.
