A6サイズだと文庫サイズなので、かなり小さいです。日本の通常の漫画単行本サイズは新書判の縦☆×横☆です。添付画像の右側が新書判のサイズです。
私はグラフィックノベルの具体的なサイズが分からないのですが、縦☆×横☆×厚さ☆このサイズのブックカバーなら使えますか？横幅はシールで止めますので多少融通がききます。
