前回財布を購入したのですが、画像と全く違う商品が送られてきました。
想像と違う、といったレベルではありません。違う商品ではないのでしょうか？
画像も送りますのでご確認ください。
返品したいのですが、これほど画像と違う商品なので返品の際の送料をこちらが支払うというのは納得できません。
送料をそちらが支払っていただくかたちで返品、返金していただきたいのですが、よろしいでしょうか？
I purchased a wallet last time and a product that I have revived was
totally different from an picture image.
This is not a level that I can say I had a different image for it.
Isn't it a different product?

I want to return goods, although I cannot agree to pay the shipping fee since the product is totally different item from what I ordered.
So will you accept to refund the money for the item and it will be ship back to you with shipping charge collect at your side?
