割引のことは以下のサイトで知りました。
先日ご質問させていただいたとおり、"SAISON AMEX"でもAMEXの割引が適用されるのであれば、
これを選択したいです。
また、JCBとVISAのカードも保有しております。上記の適用が困難であれば、JCBかVISAでの割引の適用を受けたいです。
いずれの割引も受けられない場合は、残念ですが、引き続き他社のサービスを利用することにいたします。

As I have asked the other day, I want to choose the discount for AMEX card user if you could apply it to the “SAISON AMEX” user/
Also, I have JCB and VISA card as well. If it would be difficult for you to apply the discount to the above mentioned card, I would apply it as the JCB or VISA card user.
If you would not accept those cards aforementioned, I am sorry to inform you that I am going to take the ongoing services of the other company
