間違えて返金してしまい、すでに返金済みにしてしまったので返金キャンセルしたいです。
間違えてしまった理由としては、同時期に別の顧客から同じ種類の商品に関する返品リクエストを受けており、商品を取り間違えてしまったためです。

顧客からは返品リクエストを送ったがやはり、返品は取りやめたいという旨の連絡をもらっています。

I have heard from the customer that the customer would like to cancell returning although the customer had requested so.
