This goes for any in house error or disruption with the platform that causes you to make a huge loss.

In the event of Major news events , a slight delay in the platform might occur every seldom, but once again, I we will investigate the matter and if the outcome is that it was a fault through forexyard, trader will be reimbursed.

ただし、弊社のプラットフォームの障害が原因でお客様の持ち高が自動的に決済され、お客様が多額の資本を損失した場合には、調査を行ったうえで支払うべき資本の全額をお客様の口座に払い戻しいたします。

これは内部エラーやトラブルがプラットフォームで起こり、お客様に多額の損失を与えてしまった場合にも適用されます。

話題性の高いニュースが報じられた際などにはごくまれにプラットフォーム上での遅延が起こることがあります。しかしながら、再度申し上げますとおり、この件に関して調査を行いforexyard側の不手際が認められた場合には　お客様は返済を受けられます。
