昨日、荷物を受け取りました。
しかしながら、コーヒーサービスの１５点の中の以下の４点にカケとヒビが出来ていました。
（カップ２個、ソーサー１枚、シュガーポットの本体）
食器は紙かビニールで梱包されており、梱包が不十分だったと感じています。
その他の品はとても綺麗で、気に入りましたが残念に思います。

I received the package yesterday.
However, there were 4 points out of the 15 points with cracks and chippings for the coffee service.
(Two cups, one saucer, The Sugar pot unit)
I feel that packing tableware with paper or vinyl is not sufficient.
The other products are very beautiful, unfortunately i liked it.
