実は、ベースに付属するフェンダーのギグケースに不具合がある事が分かりました。
新しいものを手配し発送するため、商品の発送が9/1になる予定です。
ご注文頂いたベースギター本体は新品で全く問題ありません。

I am contacting you about the shipping of the product.

Actually , we've found out that there was a problem with the gig case of the fender that comes with the base.
Since we are arranging for a new one to be shipped, the product would be shipped by 9/1.
There should be no problem with the bass guitar unit you had ordered since it is completely new.

Apologies for the delay in shipping that this would be causing.
I would contact you once I know the tracking number for the shipment.
