前回もお伝えした通り日本郵便に調査を依頼しておりますがまだ返答は来ていないので税関で止まっている理由が分からず私の方ではこれ以上の対応が出来ず、また税関で止まっている理由が分からない以上同じ商品をお送りする事も出来ませんでした

I have sent a request for investigation to Japan Post as I reported last time, but there is no response yet. Because the reason that it has stopped by customs is sitll not clear, I could do nothing to help. And it is not possible to send a same product again since it has been stopped by customs.
