念のために質問です。

関税が発生した場合、Bんpポリシーではバイヤーが全額・支払うものでしょうか？
それともバイヤーとの話し合いで決定するものでしょうか

Just in case, I have some question.
If costums duties are charged, buyers shoud pay in full on "BんP" policy?
Or it would be decided in talks with buyers?
