当店でご購入頂きました○○の製品にステッカーが貼られてあり、剥がす際に跡が付いてしまったという事で大変ご迷惑をお掛けしました。
誠に申し訳ございません。

当店で出荷をする際には入念なチェックをして出荷をしておりますが、輸出の際に代行業者を経由しなければならず、その時に
何らかの理由で貼られたものと思われます。

今後このような事がないよう十分注意いたしますので、何とぞ御容赦くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
