先日あなたから購入したRBZ Tour 8 Head(T34610)に不具合があります。
トゥ側に凹みがあることと、Headを振ったら内部からカラカラ異常音がします。到着した時点から発生していましたので、返品させてください。
EMSで発送予定です。到着後、返金してください。ちなみにHeadのフィルムは外しています。発送先の郵便番号、住所、電話番号を教えてください。

あと、R1の件であなたに水曜日に連絡すると言われましたが、返信がきていません。こちらも合わせて対応をお願いします。

The side of a toe has a dent, and shaking Heads leads to cause an abnormal sound. These defects have been caused since I received it, so please let me return it.
I'll send it with EMS. As soon as you receive it, please refund all the amount. A film of Heads was peeled off. Please tell me the post code and the address, the phone number of the place to return it.
