本体の顔の右上にある電源ボタンを押すと5つのランプが光ります。
５つ光れば充電は満タンです。光らないもしくは１～２個程度光る場合はケーブルを使って充電して下さい。
充電がカラの状態でフル充電する場合は11~13時間掛かります。（これでiphone5回分の充電量になります）

Five lamps will light up when you press the power button in the upper-right corner of the face.
The charge is full if all the five lamps are on. If no lamp is on or only 1-2 lamps are on it should be charged with a cable.
It takes 11-13 hours to full charge from the state of empty. (5 times as iphone charge takes)
