You are claiming when you requested your photographer friend to see the lens, it was clean and clear without the oozing of adhesive inside of the lens, but it is impossible. I repeat again, the oozing of adhesive is not a phenomenon which happens rapidly for a short time such as during the shipping period.
The adhesive is gradually oozed and penetrate inside of the lens when the camera is stored under the high temperature prone environment for a long time. It starts from an insensible oozing and it is being accumulated as a foreign object as the considerably long time goes by. This means to say that the dark color object had been there a long time before you listed the item for sale. It should be easily visible and recognizable at that time.
