届いた商品がこわれていたとのことで全額返金しました。
私は配送業者へ損害賠償の手続きをするためにバイヤーが
配送業者へ『届いた商品が壊れていた』と連絡する必要があります。
しかし、バイヤーと連絡がとれない為困っています。
壊れて商品もバイヤーが所持したままです。
バイヤーへ連絡がとりたいのでご協力お願いします。

I issued a full refund as the product arrived damaged.
The buyer has to inform the carrier of the damage in order to complete the compensation procedure.
However, I am having trouble getting in touch with the buyer.
The buyer still has the damaged product.
