How do I act if I haven’t received my card or PIN?
If you haven’t received either your debit card or PIN please double-check whether your registered address is current and up-to-date by looking at your ‘Personal information’ within ‘Personal Settings’. If your address is incorrect, please contact customer services straight away, detailing the problem.

お客様のお手元にデビットカードもしくは個人認証番号が届かなかった場合、次のことを今一度ご確認ください。お客さまの住所は正確に登録されていますか、またそれは現在お住まいのものでしょうか。こちらは、‘Personal Settings’（個人設定）の中の ‘Personal information’（個人情報）でご確認いただけます。もしもお客様の住所に誤りがありましたら、ただちにカスタマー・サーヴィスに連絡し、問題の詳細をご報告くださいませ。
