inconvenience to have caused という言い方はありません。
似たような言い方に inconvenience this has caused you というのならあります。
following two measures for your confirmation では、両方提供することになります。どちらか片方です。
but not including the shipping costs はどこにも書いていませんが？full refund ですが？

(^o^)そうです。to have caused youではなくて”to"を"we"か"I"に変えてwe have caused youかI have caused youにしなければいけませんでした。おおコケです・ほかは一生懸命ハショッテしまった結果です。やはり地元の一本750mlで180円のブランデーが聞いていたみたいです。ご指摘ありがとうございます。
私も後ろにばかり気を取られていましたが、inconvenience の前に the が必要です。
